3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  2. Dextro Delight reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

  3. An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Dextro Delight reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. A binding agreement between you and Dextro Delight is formed only once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is sent to your email address.

  4. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Dextro Delight reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you by email if this occurs.

  5. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Dextro Delight does not store credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

Dextro Delight delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post and/or third-party courier services. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4.2 Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation, subject to product availability. During peak periods or public holidays, dispatch times may be extended. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where applicable.

4.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Metropolitan Melbourne (VIC): 1 to 3 business days

Regional VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA: 3 to 7 business days

NOTE: These are estimates only. Dextro Delight does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes. Delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Dextro Delight.


4.4 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the delivery address. Delivery charges are displayed before you confirm payment.

No Free Delivery

Dextro Delight does not offer free delivery on any order, regardless of order value or product type. All delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


4.5 Local Pickup

Local Pickup Available — Dandenong South

Customers may elect to collect their order in person at no delivery charge.

Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST (excluding public holidays)

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within 7 business days of receiving the pickup-ready notification. Uncollected orders after this period will be restocked and a store credit issued.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of photo identification when collecting.


4.6 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

IMPORTANT — Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct, complete and accessible delivery address at the time of placing the order.

Dextro Delight is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, returned to sender, or lost as a result of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

     •  The customer will be required to pay a re-delivery fee before the order is re-dispatched.

     •  Re-delivery fees are calculated at the current applicable shipping rate to the corrected address.

     •  If the customer does not wish to pay for re-delivery, a refund of the product price only will be issued. The original delivery charge will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If the address error results in the order being permanently lost by the carrier, Dextro Delight will not be liable for replacement or refund unless the error was caused by Dextro Delight.


4.7 Missed Deliveries & Authority to Leave

  • If you select 'Authority to Leave' at checkout, the carrier is authorised to leave the parcel at your address without a signature. Dextro Delight accepts no liability for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after being left unattended under an Authority to Leave instruction.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and no Authority to Leave is in place, the carrier will leave a card. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from the carrier's depot within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

  • Dextro Delight is not responsible for orders that are returned to sender as a result of failed delivery attempts or the customer's failure to collect from a depot.

4.8 Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and products before opening further.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dextrodelight.com.au with your order number and photographs.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery may result in your claim being declined. Transit damage claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately by email at info@dextrodelight.com.au or by phone on +61 489 296 184. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charges.

  2. Cancellation After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The order will proceed to delivery and must be handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.

  3. Dextro Delight reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or if we have reason to believe an order is fraudulent or places our business at risk. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Returns Policy

Return Notice Period — 2 Business Days After Delivery

All return requests must be submitted within 2 business days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier or Australia Post tracking system.

Return requests received after this 2-business-day window will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.


6.1 Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened, sealed condition with all original packaging intact.

  • The return request is submitted within 2 business days of delivery.

  • The return is the result of one of the following: the wrong product was delivered (Dextro Delight's error); the product arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault; or the product does not match the description on the website.

6.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or repackaged.

  • Products where the original packaging has been damaged, tampered with, or the safety seal has been broken.

  • Products returned after the 2-business-day return notice window has expired.

  • Products that were purchased in error by the customer (e.g., wrong product selected, wrong quantity ordered), unless Dextro Delight also made an error.

  • Products that are not in a condition suitable for resale due to customer handling.

6.3 Return Delivery — Customer's Responsibility

Return Shipping Is the Customer's Responsibility

The cost of returning goods to Dextro Delight is entirely the customer's responsibility, except in cases where Dextro Delight has sent an incorrect or defective product.

Return shipments must include tracking. Dextro Delight accepts no responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Returned products that do not arrive at our facility will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

All return items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Goods that arrive at our facility damaged due to inadequate return packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.


6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery by email at info@dextrodelight.com.au or by calling +61 489 296 184.

  2. Include in your email: your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.

  3. Wait for a Return Authorisation (RA) number from our team. Do not send goods without an RA number — unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's cost.

  4. Ship the product to 48 Granito Court, Dandenong South VIC 3175, including the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only where a valid return has been approved in accordance with Section 6. Refunds will be assessed based on the circumstances of the return:

  • Wrong product sent by Dextro Delight: Full refund of product price and original delivery charge, or replacement at customer's choice.

  • Defective or damaged product (manufacturing fault): Full refund of product price and original delivery charge, or replacement at customer's choice.

  • Change of mind return (where approved): Refund of product price only. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Delivery Charges Are Non-Refundable

Except where Dextro Delight has made an error (wrong product sent, confirmed defective item), the original delivery charge paid at checkout is non-refundable in all circumstances. This applies to change-of-mind returns, customer address errors, refused deliveries, and all other customer-initiated return scenarios.


7.2 Refund Method & Timeframe

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  2. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of the return being approved. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3 to 7 business days.

  3. Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund at the customer's request.

7.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened, used or repackaged.

  • The return notice was not submitted within 2 business days of delivery.

  • The customer provided an incorrect delivery address resulting in misdelivery or non-delivery.

  • The product was lost or damaged during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging or the customer's choice of carrier.

  • The original delivery charge, in any customer-initiated return scenario.

  • Any delivery-related costs, surcharges or re-delivery fees incurred as a result of customer error.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the ACL. Our returns and refunds policy operates in conjunction with, and does not override, your rights under the ACL.
