Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol used as a low-calorie sweetener. It provides approximately 60–70% the sweetness of sucrose but with nearly zero calories, making it ideal for health-conscious food and beverage formulations. With a clean, sweet taste and excellent digestive tolerance, it is widely used in sugar-free, keto, and diabetic-friendly products.
